Ridilin

One of the rare drugs to treat mutant conditions that doesn’t seem to have any negative side effects, or be produced by an evil corporation for nefarious purposes, Ridilin is designed to help stabilise the mutations of those whose conditions tend to fluctuate. Among those mutants was Mortimer Toynbee, a.k.a. Toad, whose chemical imbalances were controlled by the drug.

However, Toad stopped using the drug not long after, as his mutation was stabilised by other means, and it is not clear whether Ridilin is still available.
