Mnophka

Originating on Venus, Mnophka is somewhat similar to terran narcotics, although its effects are even less benign. Mnophka has no intoxicating or pain-dulling qualities, but rather enhances whatever sensations the user is already experiencing, whether those be pleasurable or painful.

While a dose of Mnophka lasts for but a few minutes, its effects seem much longer to the user, and most report a sense of time telescoping during the drug’s effects – seeming to moving and living at a furious rate, while in actuality they may be sitting or lying down. Sadly, the experienced effects of the drug are strong and real enough that the apparent aging actually affects both body and mind just as much as if the amount of time and activity the user experienced under the drug had actually taken place.
