Gaeamytal
According to its creator, Lex Luthor, Gaeamytal is “as close as modern chemistry can come to synthesizing the atomic structure of Wonder Woman’s lasso.” Luthor designed it to be the most effective truth serum ever, vastly stronger than sodium pentathol – although presumably lacking the magical effects of the lasso.
The sole known time it was used, the drug was still experimental, and while Gaeamytal‘s effects are strong, Luthor believed them to be short-lasting. It is not known if Luthor has made later use of the drug, but it is unlikely that he would simply throw it aside.
